Chamaleon Bar
Location: Pattaya Beach east
We love Koh Lipe because last year a new bar was built close to the eastern end of Pattaya Beach. The Chamaleon Bar is constructed entirely from natural materials. The Spanish owner has creatively built a two story building. Downstairs is the bar, where simple Thai dishes are also served. Upstairs is a lounge area with hammocks, where customers can enjoy wonderful views of Pattaya Beach and the beautiful Koh Lipe sunsets, and where massages can also be arranged. Like all the bars within the main Lipe Pattaya Beach bar zone, beach mats are placed in front of the bar. Next door is the Reggae bar, and to stop the annoyance of simultaneously listening to two sound systems the two bars often take turns in playing the music.
