Banana Tree restaurant and movie theatre

The Banana Tree is located about 200 metres from Pattaya Beach and was one of the first restaurants to open on Walking Street. The menu is huge, offering a wide selection of Thai and western dishes. A favourite here is chicken and cashew nuts, which is cooked inside a pineapple! The burgers here are reputed to be the best on the island. The restaurant recently added a coffee bar right on the street, from where tourists can easily order a range of fresh coffees and teas to take away. The Banana Tree becomes a popular hangout from 7pm when movies are shown on the big screen. Customers can look through the DVD selection and choose a movie to play the next day.
