There are at least a dozen stand-alone bars, and the vast majority of them are located on and around Pattaya Beach. Expect to pay around 70 baht for a beer, or sample a wide variety of local and international spirits. If you're looking to get your groove on from dawn till dusk, Pattaya Beach's most famous hotspot, Monkey Bar is a welcoming hangout, or hit walking street for the easygoing flavours of Pooh's Bar. The atmosphere across Koh Lipe is echoed by the local bar owners, and they're responding to what their customers are telling them.
