At the western end of Pattay Beach, on a hill overlooking Pattaya Bay, is the quiet and secluded Brothers Seaview Resort. Owned and run by a local and friendly family, there are nine simple bungalows, each with fan, balcony, double bed, box mosquito net, and private bathroom. The front bungalows have wonderful views of Pattaya Bay and Beach, and if you like to wake early in the mornings you can watch and hear the many species of tropical birds that live on Koh Lipe. Access to the bungalows is via steps from Pattaya Beach.
