Located close to the southern end of Sunrise Beach, the Anda resort opened early in 2011 and is one Koh Lipe’s newest high end resorts. There are 11 large, beach bungalows carefully designed from high quality teak and other natural materials. The bungalows are well spaced apart, with each one having large terrace, queen bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and bathroom with shower, wash basin, and western toilet. The front bungalows have great views of Koh Turatao, Koh Talak, and Koh Usen.
There is a restaurant serving a good selection of Thai and Western dishes, and there is also a beach bar that wouldn’t look out of place on a high end Caribbean beach resort. The beach in front of the resort is ideal for bathing and swimming, and just offshore there is a good coral reef where even black tip reef sharks can sometimes be seen.
