I would like to go for a vacation on this beautiful island and have some snorkelling trips around. So where could i join in certain snorkelling trip that will bring us out further to the sea to see some corals and fishes?

A good choice that you’re going to Koh Lipe! One of the best place for me was Sunrise beach. I saw a lot of corral and fish.

But if you want to go further on sea, i recommend you: Adang Sea Divers (www.adangseadivers.com/snorkeling.htm) , i went with them and it was really nice! They bring you to some good snorkelling places!

I can also recommend you to do a scuba diving course, that was a bigger for me experience than snorkelling!

There are two popular snorkelingtours over the day. One is to the islands nearby for 550 baht and the other is to islands a little more away from Lipe for 650 baht. In the fee is all equipment for snorkeling and a lunchpackage incl. Talk to KLT Travelshop on Walking Street.

You can snorkel from the beaches of Lipe itself and I find the best spots at the eastern part of Pattaya, south part of Sunrise, outside Sunset and Bila Beach.
