Koh Lipe, good for backpackers?

    Im backpacking for 2 months in Thailand. Is Koh Lipe a good place for backpackers?

      Im also backpacking! Im on Koh Phangang now. And im comming from Koh Chang and Koh Phi Phi. Koh Phi Phi is really in hands of tourism, but Koh Chang was a great experience for me! Im also curious what Lipe can offer me!

        I am thinking to go to Kholipe.

        Someone told me that Kohlipe is the new place to be. Is that true?is it really so beautiful? and what about nice bars and things to do on Kohlipe?

          Lipe is a small island with very nice beaches and crystal clear water. Even if more and more people are coming in high season it´s still a laid back atmosphere. There are many different places to stay and you can have a simple or luxury accommondation from 500 baht and up.
